Brian’s areas of practice include handling Florida workers’ compensation claims, Social Security, appellate practice and he is a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit civil mediator. Although Mr. Tadros’ current practice is highly focused on workers’ compensation defense, he has also represented injured workers.
Mr. Tadros was raised in Jacksonville, Florida and is a graduate of the University of North Florida (B.A., 2000) and Florida Coastal School of Law (J.D., 2004). He is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. He is a frequent practitioner in multiple jurisdictions in the State of Florida, and has also practiced before the Florida First District Court of Appeal. He has received an AV rating by the national lawyer’s review organization, Martindale-Hubbell. This peer-reviewed rating is the highest rating available and is utilized to recognize professional excellence in legal ability, experience and ethical standards.
He has been an active member of the Jacksonville Claims Association and Orlando Claims Association, as well as of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance and frequently provides lectures on the Florida Workers’ Compensation Law, best employment practices, claims handling and ethics to businesses and insurance companies throughout Florida.
