Erik is a licensed Home Inspector, Certified Master Inspector and Certified Level I Thermographer. He has been inspecting homes for nine years, the last four in the state of Florida. He has been a Thermographer for over 20 years with experience in large industrial, power production, condition-based maintenance programs, and building diagnostics. Erik previously had a successful engineering career specializing in operations and maintenance, which forged a firm foundation for his work in the home inspection industry. He opened EDC Professional Home Inspections in 2012. Erik is a graduate of the Institute of Florida Real Estate Careers (IFREC) and serves the Central Florida region, based out of Oviedo. He is married and has two children.
